Delivery Times

Delivery times are specified on each product page and at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully. If anything appears damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at support@jacqueszolty.com. You have the right to refuse delivery of a visibly damaged parcel.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Please note that any delivery attempt from the second onwards will be charged to you.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties are not included in your order total. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are typically between 15–20% of your order value. They are payable by YOU upon arrival of your parcel in your country, prior to delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. For more information on charges in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at support@jacqueszolty.com and we will issue and we will issue a refund minus any applicable transaction fees.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, European Consumers may return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please send us a clear written statement of your intention to return your order by email to support@jacqueszolty.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

You must send this notice within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will respond with return instructions.

Sending Items Back

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. The return deadline is met as long as the parcel is handed to the carrier before this period expires.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs and any import duties on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the item beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable, including any premium paid for an express or non-standard delivery option.

Non-EU Customers

The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described above applies to European Consumers only. If you are based outside the EU and would like to make a return, please contact us at support@jacqueszolty.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
